Re-establishing waterway traffic through the collapsed area of ​​My Nam 2 bridge across Cai Beo canal inland waterway

After a period of urgent efforts to fix the collapse of My Nam 2 bridge over Cai Beo canal (located in My Nam 2 hamlet, My Quy commune, Thap Muoi district), the Department of Construction of Dong Thap province has just officially announced the re-establishment of waterway traffic through this area from 5:00 p.m., April 18, 2025.

Currently, obstacles under the riverbed in the area of ​​the My Nam 2 bridge collapse have been salvaged, scanned, and cleared.

Accordingly, at My Nam 2 bridge area, functional units have arranged a road and waterway signaling system. Vehicles traveling through this area are required to strictly follow the instructions of the signaling system at the scene.
