Today, July 17, Vice Chairman of Quang Tri Provincial People's Committee Hoang Nam signed a decision approving the project document "Support for building toilets for ethnic minority and mountainous households in Quang Tri province" sponsored by The DOVE Fund.
Accordingly, with a total non-refundable aid of 30,190 USD, equivalent to 733.5 million VND, the project will support the construction of 27 toilets and bathrooms for 27 households with Agent Orange victims in ethnic minority and mountainous areas in Huong Hoa and Dakrong districts. Beneficiary households and village communities will provide in kind and labor to complete the construction.
The project will be implemented from July 17, 2024 to the end of March 2025, thereby creating conditions to improve the quality of life and contribute to ensuring environmental sanitation in the community.
