The People's Committees of districts, towns and cities urgently review the total livestock herd subject to vaccination, organize vaccination against diseases, especially dangerous diseases in livestock such as: avian influenza, foot and mouth disease, African swine fever, blue ear disease, lumpy skin disease, rabies... in high-risk areas, livestock that have been vaccinated but have run out or are about to run out of immunity; promote the construction of facilities and animal disease-safe zones approved by the Provincial People's Committee.
