Strengthening the supply of agricultural fertilizers

The Provincial Farmers' Association has increased coordination in providing agricultural fertilizers in the form of deferred payment, helping people reduce capital burden.

In recent years, the Provincial Farmers' Association has implemented many practical solutions to support its members, especially programs linking with businesses to supply fertilizers and agricultural products in a flexible manner, reducing the burden of input costs. The Association has coordinated with Tien Nong Industrial Joint Stock Company ( Thanh Hoa ), supplying over 3,616 tons of fertilizers in the form of deferred payment without interest and more than 10,000 packages of products to support soil improvement and increase resistance for crops. With the form of deferred payment, farmers can receive fertilizer at the beginning of the season and pay after harvest, helping to reduce the pressure of borrowing, while ensuring the use of products with clear origin and controlled quality.

According to many members, having access to deferred fertilizer has helped them to be proactive in production, no longer worrying about initial investment capital. The family of Mr. Nguyen Van Luc, Yen Nguyen commune, one of the households receiving deferred fertilizer support in the summer-autumn crop of 2025, said: This model has brought many practical benefits. Before, every time the crop started, his family had to take out a loan to buy fertilizer, the price was high but the quality was not always guaranteed. Since receiving support from the Farmers' Association in the form of deferred payment, the family has been able to save on the loan at the beginning of the crop. The fertilizer is good, the plants grow well, and there are fewer pests and diseases. Thanks to that, costs are reduced and productivity is increased."

In addition to supplying agricultural fertilizers, the Provincial Farmers' Association at all levels also focuses on promoting propaganda and mobilizing members to apply environmentally friendly products such as organic fertilizers, microorganisms and biological pesticides. Training courses, field seminars, and technical demonstration models are continuously deployed, creating a clear change in farmers' awareness of safe and sustainable agricultural production.

The Provincial Farmers' Association has advised and supported over 123,150 members in applying scientific and technical advances in cultivation and animal husbandry. Through that, many new production models have been replicated such as growing organic vegetables, high-quality rice, fruit trees in the direction of biological safety... contributing to improving the quality of agricultural products and improving people's income. Mr. Tran Manh Tien, Sales Director 2, Business Division, Tien Nong Industrial Joint Stock Company (Thanh Hoa), in charge of Tuyen Quang province, said: "We always prioritize providing safe products in Tuyen Quang. The company supports 2 products, "For Vietnamese Farmers specializing in lining", "For Vietnamese Farmers specializing in pushing" with the method of interest-free installment payment as a way to support farmers to reduce financial pressure, thereby boldly investing in production".

The Provincial Farmers’ Association aims to continue expanding its links with reputable businesses, improving service quality, and promoting technical support activities so that farmers have faster access. When the entire political system, the Association and businesses work together, Tuyen Quang farmers will have more conditions to develop production in a sustainable, effective and modern direction.
