On the morning of December 17, the Provincial Public Administration Service Center coordinated with the Gia Vien District People's Committee to organize a training conference to improve professional skills for 100 officials, civil servants, and public employees of the One-Stop Department at the district and commune levels in the district.
At the conference, officials, civil servants and public employees of the One-Stop-Shop Department at district and commune levels were informed of the following contents: Overview of management, exploitation and operation of some key information systems serving digital transformation, construction and development of the Digital Government of Ninh Binh province; Instructions on application and exploitation of the Electronic Data Warehouse; Application of free personal public digital signatures when performing public services.
At the same time, representatives of relevant sectors exchanged and shared some contents and problems in the fields of Social Insurance, Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs and Justice.
Through the training conference, it helps cadres, civil servants and public employees at the One-Stop Department in Gia Vien district improve their knowledge and update newly issued directives, thereby improving the operational efficiency of the One-Stop Department, serving the settlement of administrative procedures for people, organizations and businesses.
