Training on skills in using tourism management and statistics software

On the morning of May 28, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism held a training conference on "Skills in using software applied to accommodation establishments on statistics and forecasting the tourist market" in 2025.

Attending the conference were leaders of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism; representatives of the Provincial Tourism Association; representatives of nearly 200 accommodation establishments in the province.

At the training conference, delegates were informed of legal regulations on tourism accommodation business activities; Tourism Law 2017; Decree No. 168/2017 of the Government; Decree No. 45/2019 of the Government detailing a number of articles of the Tourism Law; introduction of the App "Tourism Management and Business"; instructions on creating accounts, practicing creating accounts for tourism accommodation establishments on the system https://thongke.tourism.vn or on the App "Tourism Business Management".

At the same time, delegates were also updated and agreed on methods of tourism statistics... thereby improving the quality of tourism services through statistics, predictions, and forecasts of tourist situations.
