The above funding source is taken from the education, training and vocational training expenditure source in the provincial budget estimate for 2025.
Accordingly, the Chairman of Thanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Finance to guide units in managing and using funds for extra teaching and learning, ensuring compliance with current legal regulations.
