Specifically, for tuition fees for the 2023-2024 school year, public preschool, general education, and continuingeducation institutions that have not yet covered their regular expenses in Thanh Hoa will temporarily collect tuition fees at the level of the 2022-2023 school year.
Public preschool, general education, and continuing education institutions shall self-insure regular expenses and temporarily collect tuition fees up to twice the level of the 2022-2023 school year. Provincial higher education institutions shall proactively develop a roadmap and tuition fees for the 2023-2024 school year under the direction of the Ministry of Education and Training; and report to the Provincial People's Committee as prescribed.

At the same time, the province continues to implement the policy of exempting and reducing tuition fees and supporting learning costs as stipulated in Decree No. 81.
