Established 91 youth volunteer teams to protect the environment

The Youth Union at all levels has also organized 174 campaigns to promote civilized urban lifestyle and new rural construction. Each district and county Youth Union has implemented at least one model of plastic waste prevention and control such as "Markets reducing plastic bags", "Residential areas reducing plastic waste", "Classified trash bins". Particularly in Youth Month (March 2025), 100% of Youth Union bases simultaneously launched "Peak day of volunteering to build civilized urban areas" (March 15), "Peak day of volunteering to join hands to build new rural areas and Green Sunday" (March 23). As a result, 13 models of "Bright - green - clean - beautiful - civilized - safe routes" were launched, 1,000 new trees were planted and more than 10km of roads were cleared, and the "Blooming electric poles" model with 160 poles was implemented, contributing to the urban beauty.
