Establishment of the Citizen Reception Board of Bac Ninh Province

BAC NINH - The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Vuong Quoc Tuan, has just signed Decision No. 58/QD-UBND on the establishment of the Bac Ninh Provincial Citizen Reception Board.

Accordingly, the Provincial Citizen Reception Board is a unit directly under the Provincial People's Committee Office, directly managing the Provincial Citizen Reception Office. The Provincial Citizen Reception Board has its own seal and is authorized to open bank accounts for its operations in accordance with the law.

The Citizen Reception Office is located on Ngo Van Canh Street, Bac Giang Ward.

The citizen reception point is located on Ly Thai Tong Street, Kinh Bac Ward.

The organizational structure and staffing of the Provincial Citizen Reception Board include: the Head of the Board, the Deputy Heads of the Board, and civil servants working on citizen reception, receiving and processing complaints, denunciations, petitions, and feedback. The Head of the Provincial Citizen Reception Board is a Deputy Chief of the Provincial People's Committee Office, and the Deputy Heads of the Provincial Citizen Reception Board are equivalent to Department Heads at the provincial level.

The Head and Deputy Head of the Provincial Citizen Reception Board are appointed and dismissed by the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee. Civil servants of the Citizen Reception Board are part of the administrative staff allocated annually by the Provincial People's Committee within the total staffing quota of the Provincial People's Committee Office.
