Establishment of Citizen Reception Committee of Bac Ninh province

BAC NINH - Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Vuong Quoc Tuan has just signed and issued Decision No. 58/QD-UBND on the establishment of the Citizen Reception Committee of Bac Ninh province.

Accordingly, the Provincial Citizen Reception Committee is a unit under the Provincial People's Committee Office, directly managing the Provincial Citizen Reception Office. The Provincial Citizen Reception Committee has its own seal and is allowed to open an account to operate in accordance with the law.

The organizational structure and staff of the Provincial Citizen Reception Committee include: Head, Deputy Heads and civil servants in charge of citizen reception, receiving and handling complaints, denunciations, recommendations and reflections. In which, the Head of the Provincial Citizen Reception Committee is headed by a Deputy Chief of the Provincial People's Committee Office, the Deputy Head of the Provincial Citizen Reception Committee is equivalent to the Head of a Department-level Division.

The Head and Deputy Head of the Provincial Citizen Reception Committee are appointed and dismissed by the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee. The civil servants of the Citizen Reception Committee are on the administrative payroll, which is annually allocated by the Provincial People's Committee within the total payroll of the Provincial People's Committee Office.
