Immediately after being announced, the draft documents to be submitted to the 14th National Party Congress received the attention of many cadres, party members and people from all walks of life.

The contributions demonstrate responsibility, convey trust, affirm the Party's mettle and intelligence and the strength of the entire nation, continuing to arouse the aspiration to build and develop a strong and prosperous country in the new era.

In order to facilitate people's access to draft documents, in addition to publishing nearly 150,000 copies of a 24-page supplement with the full text of the draft documents submitted to the 14th National Congress of the Party to readers on October 15, Nhan Dan Newspaper has urgently deployed a Point to introduce the supplement and receive comments on the draft documents of the 14th National Congress of the Party at its headquarters at 71 Hang Trong Street (Hanoi).

In particular, the Newspaper coordinated with Vietnam Post Corporation to introduce the full text of the draft documents to be submitted to the 14th Party Congress as well as receive comments from people at 7,146 cultural post offices across the country. At the draft exhibition spaces, the group of reporters recorded many comments from people on the new and important points of the draft documents.

Vividly expressing the Party's will and people's hearts

The draft documents with 18 important new points affirm the Party's innovative thinking and determination in setting out policies and guidelines for national development. Many opinions agree that the theme of the 14th Congress is shorter than that of the 13th Congress, while at the same time expressing the general goals, core ideological contents, throughout, clearly showing the most important elements: the leadership of the Party, the role of the people and the strength of the entire nation, the continued innovation and the goal of national development in the new era, inheriting and developing the themes of previous Congresses.

Opinions highly appreciated our Party's determination to create a breakthrough, take advantage of every opportunity, overcome all difficulties and challenges, be strategically autonomous, self-reliant, and confidently move forward in the new era when the draft documents set out two 100-year goals: By 2030, the 100th anniversary of the Party's founding, our country will become a developing country with modern industry and high average income; realize the vision by 2045, the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, to become a developed country with high income.

The people's dedicated and responsible opinions on draft documents not only contribute to perfecting the Party's guidelines and policies, but also vividly demonstrate the close connection between the Party's will and the people's hearts.

Mr. Nguyen Hung Son, a retired cadre living in Hoan Kiem ward (Hanoi) highly appreciated the fact that the 13th Party Central Committee integrated the content of 3 documents, including the Political Report, the Socio-Economic Report, and the Party Building Summary Report.

According to him, the integration ensures consistency, brevity, and accessibility in content; at the same time, making the Action Program a part of the draft Political Report is also a new point, showing the Party's high political determination in overcoming weaknesses in the implementation and bringing the resolution into life.

According to Mr. Son, the draft documents have fairly assessed the important results achieved since the beginning of the term, notably the arrangement of the organizational apparatus and the construction of a two-level local government model.

In Hoan Kiem ward, the working spirit of the staff and civil servants is changing positively, from performing administrative management to serving the people. Although newly put into operation, the ward's public administrative service point does not allow delays in work.

However, the Ward Party Committee needs to continue to promote the concretization of the Central Resolutions and the Resolution of the City Party Congress to further improve the quality of public service provision; ensure publicity and transparency, shorten work processing procedures, and efficiency is assessed by the level of satisfaction of people and businesses.

Mr. Son proposed that draft documents need to clarify the mechanism for promoting the role and participation of the people in monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of the organization's implementation of the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws, ensuring harmony of interests between the State, enterprises and the people.

Sharing with reporters, Mr. Phan Van Viet (Gia Vien commune, Ninh Binh province) expressed his high agreement on the draft documents defining foreign affairs and international integration as being on par with national defense and security, as an important and regular task. This viewpoint is the basis for opening up new diplomatic methods, including defense and security diplomacy.

Recently, Mr. Viet is very proud of the active participation of defense and security diplomacy in enhancing Vietnam's position in the international arena. The image of soldiers of the People's Army and People's Police participating in supporting the recovery from the earthquakes in Turkey and Myanmar is a noble international gesture, at the same time showing the effectiveness of diverse diplomatic methods, mobilizing the participation of the entire political system.

Many responsible and enthusiastic opinions of youth

The Central Committee's motto "People know, people discuss, people do, people inspect, people supervise, people benefit" clearly states that the process of collecting people's opinions must be truly democratic, public, and responsible; attach importance to receiving valid and valuable opinions to perfect documents, making the Party's resolutions truly reflect the Party's will and the people's heart. This determination of the Party, along with the innovation and diversity in the method of collecting opinions and contributions to the draft documents submitted to the 14th Congress, has received the support of union members and youth.

According to Nguyen Xuan Minh, a student at FPT Polytechnic College, the drafting of additional documents on environmental protection along with economic and social development is a central task that shows the Party's affirmation of the importance of environmental ecology as a measure in each socio-economic development policy. Studying in Hanoi, Minh feels that the capital is still facing serious air, water and waste pollution, although the city government has many solutions to overcome it.

Pham Duc Vinh, a student at the Vietnam Academy of Agriculture, commented that the draft documents emphasized the importance of green economy and green transformation, considering them as one of the new growth drivers and economic restructuring. This contributes to creating a strong leverage for educational institutions to train green human resources and green investment enterprises, while ensuring fair competition among economic sectors; affirming Vietnam's pioneering role and responsibility before the world community. The political commitments in the draft documents on environmental protection, green transformation, and green economy will open up a breakthrough direction for Vietnam in rapid and sustainable development.

The heartfelt opinions from real life are a vivid expression of the Party's guidelines and policies closely linked to people's lives. Each opinion spreads the spirit of responsibility, enthusiasm, intelligence, fosters trust, creates social consensus; contributes to strengthening, consolidating, and effectively promoting the strength of the people and the great national unity bloc. This is also a valuable lesson of theoretical significance, with practical orientation value for the country's revolutionary cause in the new era of development, as stated in the draft documents submitted to the 14th National Party Congress.
