Popular soft drinks with many health benefits
Sugarcane juice contains natural carbohydrates, minerals such as potassium, magnesium, calcium and especially polyphenol compounds. These are components with antioxidant properties. These substances help reduce oxidative stress, one of the main causes of liver cell damage.

According to a study published in the Journal of Food Science and Technology , sugarcane juice can improve inflammation and support liver function during detoxification.
Dr. Vandana Sheth, a nutritionist with the American Dietetic Association (AND), said that sugarcane juice contains antioxidants that can help the liver fight the effects of free radicals. Free radicals are a risk factor for liver cell damage.
However, experts also warn that despite its benefits, sugarcane juice is still a high source of natural sugar. Consumption should be moderate, especially for people with metabolic diseases.

Fresh lemons are rich in vitamin C, citric acid and flavonoids. These compounds play an important role in the liver's detoxification process. Vitamin C helps boost immunity, while citric acid helps dissolve small stones in the urinary tract, reducing the burden on the liver and kidneys.
Some studies have shown that a diet rich in vitamin C can help reduce levels of the liver enzyme ALT, which is often elevated in people with fatty liver disease.
Adding a few drops of lemon juice to sugarcane juice not only helps reduce the harsh sweetness but also lowers the glycemic index of the drink, making sugarcane juice more suitable for people who need to control their blood sugar.
Ginger has long been used in traditional medicine as a medicine to help aid digestion, blood circulation and reduce inflammation.
Modern research shows that ginger contains gingerol and shogaol. Two compounds with strong anti-inflammatory properties, which help limit liver damage caused by chronic inflammation.
Adding ginger to your diet may be especially beneficial for people at risk of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease. When combined with sugarcane juice, ginger not only enhances the flavor but also aids in metabolism, preventing fat accumulation in the liver.

- People with diabetes, obesity, chronic kidney disease should consult a doctor before use.

Although sugarcane juice with lemon and ginger can help the liver detoxify, it is not a substitute for a healthy lifestyle or medical treatment. Maintaining a balanced diet, regular exercise, and regular health screenings remain the most important foundation for protecting the liver and the entire body.
