As a first year student majoring in Human Resource Management, I want to know what skills are required in this major so that I can study more and not be unemployed after graduation.

Nowadays, I see that many graduates have difficulty finding jobs because they only know theory and do not have practical skills to meet the requirements of employers. I hope to become a human resource training specialist after graduation, so I want to know if this industry has any special requirements so that I can prepare early.

I also study Chinese but I am not sure if this language is okay or if I still need English. I hope to get everyone's advice.
