Trang Bang town focuses resources on child care and protection

On the morning of May 28, Trang Bang Town People's Committee held a launching ceremony for the Month of Action for Children in 2025.

Attending the event were Ms. Tran Thi Ngoc Nuong - Deputy Director of the Department of Health ; Ms. Le Thi Hong Tham - Vice Chairman of the Town People's Committee, Head of the Steering Committee for implementing programs for children in the Town.

Trang Bang town currently has more than 36,200 children under 16 years old, of which more than 15,700 are under 6 years old. The work of caring for, protecting andeducating children has always been of interest to the Party Committee, government, agencies, departments, sectors and unions.

Children attended the ceremony.

The 2025 Children's Action Month will be implemented from May 28 to the end of June with the theme "Prioritizing resources to achieve goals for children". Accordingly, Trang Bang town focuses resources on caring for and protecting children; organizing recreational and summer activities; fostering cultural, artistic and sports talents; visiting and giving gifts to disabled children and children in difficult circumstances.

On this occasion, Trang Bang Town People's Committee presented 200 gifts; including 50 gifts, each worth 500,000 VND and 150 gifts, each worth 200,000 VND to children in especially difficult circumstances, poor children, orphans, and disabled children in the town.
