As a poor household in the commune, without land for production, Ms. Say struggles to earn a living every day. Seeing her diligence and hard work, in 2021, the commune considered and supported a breeding cow . Accordingly, in addition to finding daily food sources for the cow, Ms. Say also proactively learned from her predecessors' experience in raising cows and fully participated in livestock training courses organized by the locality, so raising breeding cows became more convenient and easier.

Thanks to good care, the cow grew healthy and gave birth to a calf in the first year. Each year, the cow gives birth to one litter. To date, the cow has given birth to four calves, and Ms. Say sold three of them for tens of millions of dong to make ends meet.

In 2024, the commune continued to support her with 1 more cow, and she currently has 3 breeding cows. Now, her family's life is more stable. Ms. Say shared: "Thanks to the support of the locality, my family overcame difficulties and soon escaped poverty , I thank you very much!"

In her free time, Ms. Ly Thi Say cuts water hyacinth to dry and sell to increase her income and stabilize her life.
