(3) Draft Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Anti-Corruption.

(4) Draft Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Intellectual Property.

AFTERNOON:

The National Assembly continued to discuss in groups about:

(1) Draft Law on Tax Administration (amended).

(2) Draft Law on Personal Income Tax (amended).

(3) Draft Law on Thrift and Anti-Waste.

THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 6, 2025

Morning: The National Assembly discussed in groups: (1) Draft Law on Construction (amended); (2) Draft Law on amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Geology and Minerals; (3) Draft Law on amending and supplementing a number of articles of laws in the fields of agriculture and environment.

Afternoon: The National Assembly continued to discuss in groups: (1) Draft Law on Digital Transformation; (2) Draft Law on High Technology (amended); (3) Draft Law on amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Technology Transfer.
