Colonel Tran Huu Dung, Deputy Head of the Army Youth Department, chaired the conference. Attending the conference were representatives of a number of agencies under the General Department of Politics of the Vietnam People's Army; political officers of a number of agencies and units under the Ministry of National Defense ; representatives of collectives and individuals reporting on achievements and results of typical research projects at the summary and award ceremony.

At the conference, delegates followed the reports of the groups reported at the Ceremony to summarize 5 years of TTST Award in the Army (including 4 groups) and direct reports, video clip reports of authors with typical works winning the 25th TTST Award in the Army (including 3 direct reports and 3 video clip reports).

The author representative briefly reported the results of the award-winning work at the conference.

Through monitoring the reports, the conference delegates contributed many opinions, focusing on the layout and content of the reports; reporting methods and contents on the way of expression, style, expressiveness, highlights, persuasiveness, and duration of the reports. In particular, in the report content section, the delegates gave the author some comments to highlight the urgency, novelty, creativity, effectiveness, value, and scope of application of the projects.

Concluding the conference, Colonel Tran Huu Dung sincerely thanked the leaders and commanders of agencies and units for their attention and facilitation; acknowledged and highly appreciated the efforts of groups and individuals in preparing the reports. At the same time, he affirmed that the reports of groups and individuals, both in person and by video clip, basically met the requirements set forth by the organizing committee.

Emphasizing that the content of the reports plays a very important role, directly contributing to the overall success of the ceremony, Colonel Tran Huu Dung requested that the collectives and authors need to clearly understand their responsibilities as well as the honor and pride, and fully absorb the comments of the delegates at the conference. From the achieved results, relevant agencies, units and individuals continue to invest, urgently complete the content, and make more efforts to practice more proficiently so that the reports ensure quality, create special impressions and persuasiveness.
