Through Resolution of the 14th Central Conference

On the morning of November 6, the 14th Central Conference of the 13th tenure closed after 2 working days. The Party Central Committee passed the Resolution of the 14th Central Conference.

According to the Party Central Office, on the morning of November 6, the 14th Central Conference of the 13th tenure entered its second working day and closed.

On behalf of the Politburo , Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh chaired the discussion. National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man chaired the closing session.

The Central Committee and delegates worked in the hall, discussing the contents that the Central Committee discussed in the afternoon group on November 5.

Through the discussion sessions, 220 Central Committee opinions were contributed to the draft Report reviewing the leadership and direction of the 13th Party Central Committee to be submitted to the 14th Congress; the draft Report summarizing the implementation of the working regulations of the 13th Central Executive Committee, Politburo and Secretariat; the draft Report summarizing the implementation of the working regulations of the 13th Central Inspection Committee ; and the Report summarizing the implementation of Resolution No. 18-NQ/TW, 12th tenure, on a number of issues on continuing to innovate and streamline the apparatus of the political system to be streamlined and operate effectively and efficiently.

The Politburo met to receive and explain the Central Committee's comments, asked for the Central Committee's opinions on the above contents and approved the Resolution of the 14th Central Committee Conference. General Secretary To Lam delivered the closing speech of the Conference.

The Party Central Committee calls on the entire Party, people and army to promote the tradition of patriotism, solidarity and unity, strive and resolve to successfully implement the socio-economic development tasks in 2025 and the targets and tasks of the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress; promote and improve the effectiveness of patriotic emulation movements and successfully complete preparations for the successful organization of the 14th National Party Congress.

The Central Committee assigned the Politburo and the 14th Congress Personnel Subcommittee to continue reviewing, supplementing, and perfecting personnel plans, and report to the Central Committee for consideration and decision at the upcoming 15th Central Committee Conference.

In his closing speech at the 14th Central Conference, General Secretary To Lam said that after two days of work, the Central Executive Committee had decided on many important contents. These included agreeing on the number of personnel for the 14th Politburo and Secretariat; agreeing on personnel to be introduced to join the 14th Politburo and Secretariat; some contents related to high-ranking personnel of the Party and State; and agreeing on the contents of issues to prepare for the 14th National Party Congress.

Regarding the personnel work of the 14th Central Committee, the General Secretary shared that the Central Committee had democratically and thoroughly discussed with high consensus the personnel recommended to join the Politburo and Secretariat of the 14th term. The Central Committee assigned the Politburo and the 14th Congress Personnel Subcommittee to continue to consider, supplement and perfect the personnel plans in accordance with the direction of the personnel work of the 14th Party Central Committee and the proposed personnel work process to report to the Central Committee for consideration and decision at the upcoming 15th Central Conference.

The Central Committee highly agreed with the contents of the congress's proposed agenda, working regulations, election regulations at the congress, and the report on the preparation for the 14th Congress. The Central Committee assigned the Politburo to absorb the Central Committee's opinions and continue to complete the drafts to submit to the 14th Congress for consideration and decision.
