The Ham Kiem - Tien Thanh route project was approved for investment by the Provincial People's Committee with a route length of about 7.77 km. The roadbed width is 37 m, the road surface width is 16 m, the median strip is 9 m, and the sidewalk on each side is 6 m. The road surface structure is asphalt concrete on crushed stone aggregate. Renovating 3 reinforced concrete bridges on the route, each bridge has 2 bridge units 8 m apart, including: Suoi Sop bridge at Km0+615, Bau Ca Dam bridge at Km+812 and Suoi Nho bridge at Km1+346. The scale of each bridge unit is the width of the roadway 8 m, the width of the railing and sidewalk is 2.5 m. Investing in drainage systems, trees and traffic safety systems. Total investment is 419.9 billion VND, investment capital from the provincial budget, implementation period is 4 years (2020 and transition to phase 2021-2025). Construction started on November 16, 2021, construction period is until April 30, 2024.
