Specifically, Decision No. 137/QD-TTg dated February 1, 2024 of the Prime Minister clearly states: Mobilizing and appointing Ms. Nguyen Thi Kim Chi, member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Agencies of Nghe An province to hold the position of Deputy Minister of Education and Training.
This Decision takes effect from the date of signing (February 1, 2024).
* Ms. Nguyen Thi Kim Chi was born on November 2, 1971, hometown: Thanh Ngoc Commune, Thanh Chuong District, Nghe An Province, professional qualification: University, major in Literature Pedagogy./.
