Specifically, Decision No. 137/QD-TTg dated February 1, 2024 of the Prime Minister clearly states: Mobilize and appoint Ms. Nguyen Thi Kim Chi, Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Bloc of Agencies of Nghe An province to hold the position of Deputy Minister of Education and Training.
