Prime Minister presents flowers to congratulate Vietnam - Sweden Uong Bi Hospital on Vietnamese Doctors' Day

On the occasion of the 70th anniversary of Vietnamese Doctors' Day February 27 (1955-2025), on February 25, the staff, civil servants and employees of Vietnam - Sweden Uong Bi Hospital were honored to receive a congratulatory flower basket from Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh .

After more than 44 years of construction and development, Vietnam - Sweden Uong Bi Hospital has become the final hospital in the Northeast region with many outstanding achievements. Every year, the hospital receives and treats thousands of patients, applies many advanced techniques in medical examination and treatment, saving the lives of many patients in Quang Ninh and neighboring provinces.

Not only is the hospital a place to treat patients, it is also a “cradle” for training and nurturing a team of highly qualified and dedicated doctors and nurses. Every doctor here keeps in mind and follows the teachings of President Ho Chi Minh “A good doctor must be like a mother”, always putting medical ethics first and being dedicated to the patients.

The fact that Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh sent a congratulatory flower message on the occasion of Vietnamese Doctors' Day shows the deep concern of the Party and State for the health sector in general and the medical staff at Vietnam - Sweden Uong Bi Hospital in particular. On this special day of gratitude, the gift from the Prime Minister is a source of encouragement for the medical staff at Vietnam - Sweden Uong Bi Hospital to continue to dedicate themselves wholeheartedly to the patients, constantly innovate and improve the quality of medical examination and treatment.
