Attending and directing the 1st Congress of the Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee, term 2025-2030, comrade PHAN DINH TRAC, Politburo member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central Internal Affairs Commission emphasized: Dong Nai has a golden opportunity to make a breakthrough in development, becoming a dynamic growth pole, a center of industry, services, logistics, modern tourism and high-tech agriculture of the Southern region and the whole country. In particular, he especially noted: The province needs to mobilize maximum resources to synchronously develop socio-economic infrastructure. Make the most of Long Thanh International Airport to make Dong Nai a multi-regional connection center, logistics center, and southern transit gateway of the whole country.

Comrade Vo Tan Duc, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee said: Facing opportunities and challenges, in the next 5 years, Dong Nai province has identified strategic infrastructure development as one of the key breakthrough tasks, playing a driving role, leading to economic growth.

From there, the province identified the need to focus on 7 strategic pillars. These are: Completing synchronous and modern infrastructure, enhancing multimodal connectivity; promoting the special advantages of Long Thanh Airport and Hoa Lu Border Gate Economic Zone; building a smart, interconnected, multimodal logistics network of road - rail - waterway - air transport. Along with that, developing a modern, civilized, identity-rich, green and smart urban system; ensuring green and sustainable energy infrastructure, prioritizing the development of renewable energy and clean energy, linked to the national energy transition roadmap; promoting digital transformation, developing modern digital infrastructure, considering this as the foundation to improve productivity, efficiency and competitiveness; building environmental infrastructure to adapt to climate change, protect and improve the environment, develop sustainably and balance ecology.
