Teachers and students of Ngoc Lan Kindergarten worked hard for two consecutive days to wrap love from old but still usable items to give to people in flood-affected areas.
The children's clumsy hands wrapping love to send to flood areas warms everyone's hearts.
For the past two days, the activity hall of Ngoc Lan Kindergarten (Hai Chau ward, Da Nang ) has always been bustling with laughter.
Not only teachers and students, many parents and volunteers also took the opportunity to contribute to sorting and packing used items to send in time with the relief team of the People's Police University to Dak Lak - where hundreds of households are struggling to recover after the natural disaster.
Each item is collected and carefully classified from warm clothes for children, clothes for adults, shoes, toys... so that when they reach people, they can be used immediately.
The children, with their tiny hands and innocent faces, eagerly put each shirt and pair of sandals into the bags, so that the teachers could write notes on the outside. It was a small act but it conveyed a lot of heart.
Each item is carefully wrapped in a sealed plastic bag to avoid damage during transportation to flood victims. The teachers carefully write down the item’s information such as shoe size, clothing type, age, weight, etc. so that the item reaches the right person.
