On September 25, Chairman of Binh Thuan Provincial People's Committee Doan Anh Dung signed a decision (No. 2040) on receiving and appointing department-level officials according to his authority.

Accordingly, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Binh Thuan province decided to accept Mr. Phan The Hanh, a department head of the State Audit Office, to work at the People's Committee of Binh Thuan province. At the same time, he appointed Mr. Phan The Hanh to hold the position of Director of the Department of Finance of Binh Thuan from September 26, with a term of office of 5 years.

Binh Thuan Provincial Department of Finance headquarters was built and put into use in 2020.

On the same day, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Binh Thuan province also issued a decision (No. 2039) to transfer and appoint Mr. Nguyen Huu Ba, Director of the Binh Thuan Department of Finance, to take up the position of Chairman of Binh Thuan Irrigation Works Exploitation One Member Co., Ltd. Mr. Nguyen Huu Ba's term of office is from September 26.

Mr. Nguyen Huu Ba used to be the Deputy Director of the Binh Thuan Department of Finance, was transferred to be the Chairman of the Ham Tan District People's Committee, then was elected by the district Party Congress as the Secretary of the Ham Tan District Party Committee. After that, the Binh Thuan Provincial Party Committee transferred Mr. Ba back to be the Director of the Binh Thuan Department of Finance.
