Receiving grassroots trade unions under the Tan Bien District Labor Federation

Leaders of the Provincial and District Labor Federations presented the acceptance decisions to the grassroots unions.

Accordingly, the Tan Bien District Labor Federation received the District Medical Center Union with 182 union members and workers; the Tran Phu High School Union with 81 union members and the Luong The Vinh High School Union (Mo Cong Commune) with 48 union members. The acceptance decisions take effect from April 1, 2025.

Speaking at the conference, Mr. Duong Dai Loc - Vice Chairman of the Provincial Federation of Labor said that the transfer of grassroots trade unions to the management of district-level labor federations aims to create unity in the trade union organization system, in accordance with the actual situation and improve operational efficiency.

The leaders of the Provincial Federation of Labor requested the Tan Bien District Federation of Labor to continue to pay attention to and promptly support newly received grassroots unions, ensuring the legal and legitimate rights of union members and workers; hoping that grassroots unions will actively participate in movement activities, perform well the function of representing, caring for and protecting the rights of workers.

Tan Bien District Labor Federation is managing 102 grassroots unions with over 4,200 union members and workers, including 25 grassroots unions of non-state enterprises.
