Here, leaders of the Ministry of Construction and the Ministry of Home Affairs reported on the first 6 months of the year's implementation of important national projects and works, key to the transport sector; the peak period of "500 days and nights competing to complete 3,000 km of expressway".

Bac Ninh province has 3 key projects passing through including: Ring Road 4 - Hanoi Capital Region; Lao Cai-Hanoi-Hai Phong railway; route connecting Gia Binh airport with Hanoi capital.

Of which, the project to invest in the construction of Ring Road 4 - Hanoi Capital Region has cleared 99.98% of the land; the construction progress of the basic component projects is according to plan; the cumulative disbursement up to July 30 reached 21.85% of the capital plan for 2025. The project is facing difficulties due to high prices of construction materials, scarcity...

After the conference at the Central bridge, comrade Ngo Tan Phuong gave a directive speech at the Bac Ninh bridge.

Regarding the Lao Cai - Hanoi - Hai Phong railway construction investment project, the relevant authorities are carrying out site clearance work, and are expected to start construction of the resettlement area on August 19; striving to basically complete site clearance work before December 31, 2025.

For the investment project of the route connecting Gia Binh Airport with Hanoi Capital, the Provincial People's Committee assigned the functional unit to develop a plan, organize to collect opinions from the community and related agencies and units. At the same time, explain, receive opinions, submit for appraisal and approval of the route plan.

Delegates discussed and proposed a number of contents such as: Speeding up site clearance and relocation of technical infrastructure; finding solutions to remove difficulties in construction material sources and price stabilization; promptly arranging central support capital for localities...

Concluding the conference, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh acknowledged and highly appreciated the efforts of ministries, branches, localities and contractors. In order to complete the goals set for key projects in 2025, in the coming time, the Prime Minister requested ministries, branches and localities to uphold their sense of responsibility and act with the spirit of "speed, boldness, breakthrough, faster and more timely". In leadership, it is necessary to innovate thinking, approach and problem solving; when implementing, focus on key points, do it thoroughly, not spread out... determined to exceed the set goals.

Continue to effectively carry out the patriotic emulation movement, create an enthusiastic working atmosphere, with the highest sense of responsibility "All for the interests of the nation, people, for the people, for the development of the country"; promptly encourage, reward, propagate, mobilize people, create consensus and unanimity to implement projects.

In all cases, ministries, branches, localities, governing bodies, investors, contractors, and forces participating in the project need to be united, work together, "only discuss, do not discuss back", "have the highest determination, be proactive and creative, dare to think, dare to do", "say what you say, do it, commit to it", and proactively resolve difficulties and problems. If it is beyond your authority, report to your superiors to find solutions to resolve it, and bring the project to the finish line on schedule.

The Prime Minister noted that accelerating progress must be associated with ensuring quality, technique, aesthetics, safety, and environmental sanitation; focusing on creating landscapes and common spaces for projects; strengthening management, inspection, and supervision, absolutely not allowing negativity, waste, and labor safety to occur.

He requested relevant agencies and units to prepare well for the groundbreaking and inauguration ceremonies of major projects and works to celebrate the 80th anniversary of National Day, September 2. The Ministry of Construction and the Ministry of Home Affairs are preparing to organize a preliminary review and propose rewards for organizations and individuals with outstanding achievements.

After the conference ended, at the Provincial People's Committee bridge, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Ngo Tan Phuong requested all levels, sectors, localities, and units related to key national traffic projects to seriously grasp and fully implement the conclusions of Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh.

He requested the investor to focus on directing contractors to mobilize maximum human resources and means to move technical infrastructure works, speed up construction progress and complete payment and settlement documents; strive to complete the relocation of technical infrastructure works in September. Strengthen inspection and supervision to grasp the reality, resolve arising issues; link the acceleration of progress with continuing to launch the emulation movement of Bac Ninh province.

For projects that are being prepared for implementation, localities where the roads and projects pass through need to strengthen the Steering Committee for compensation and site clearance; actively propagate and mobilize people's consensus, speed up the land recovery progress, and be ready to hand over the site to the construction unit as soon as possible.
