The downstream water level was 21.70 m. The total rainfall from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. was 32.5 mm. Currently, the rain in the plant area is moderate, and the construction items are operating normally.
To ensure people's safety, mountainous communes in Ha Tinh have also proactively put up warning signs, closed roads and evacuated people to safe places.

In Tu My commune, to ensure the safety of people in vulnerable areas prone to flooding and landslides in Dinh and Thap Son villages, local authorities urgently evacuated 41 households to safe locations.

In Vu Quang commune, heavy rain in the past several hours has caused landslides in some areas in residential group 4, making it unsafe for people and vehicles.
