Music is considered a core cultural industry, a potential for creative economic development. Besides the efforts of musicians, singers, etc., and organizations operating in the music field, appropriate and open mechanisms, policies, and administrative procedures are the "key" to resolving many difficulties and obstacles, allowing the music industry to "take off".

Obviously, the music industry is developing, but it is still not worthy of its potential. General Director of Vietfest (the organizer of the Hozo International Music Festival) Pham Minh Toan said that Vietnam still has many difficulties in terms of infrastructure to organize large-scale music events.

Director of the Copyright Department (Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism) Tran Hoang affirmed that if music wants to become a strong industry, it cannot only focus on content creation but needs a synchronous ecosystem.

An incident that has attracted public attention is that the Hanoi City Public Administration Service Center has just concluded a surprise inspection of the reception and handling of administrative procedure records according to citizens' feedback and recommendations on administrative regulations at the Hanoi Department of Construction, which were received on the National Public Service Portal.

From this specific case, it can be seen that in the process of handling administrative procedures, the city pays special attention to resolving citizens' petitions on channels, including the digital environment, with the spirit of clear people, clear responsibilities, and clear effectiveness.

Director of the City Public Administration Service Center Cu Ngoc Trang said that currently 100% of administrative records are digitized, 90% are processed on time; all reception and return of results are done via the "electronic one-stop" software. This publicity and transparency is a prerequisite to ensure citizen satisfaction and will be implemented more synchronously and effectively in the future.

The US announcement of reciprocal tariffs on many countries has had a significant impact on global economic and investment life. Experts predict that international investment activities will have unpredictable developments with a broad-based downward trend.

However, this is a new and complicated issue and there is not enough concrete evidence to show that foreign direct investment (FDI) attraction results will decrease in Vietnam...

Head of the Department of Industrial and Construction Statistics (General Statistics Office, Ministry of Finance) Phi Thi Huong Nga commented that Vietnam's attractiveness and ability to attract FDI capital is still maintained thanks to its significant potential and advantages.

Notably, Vietnam has focused on taking advantage of opportunities to attract FDI from the wave of international investment relocation, combined with the orientation of encouraging and positioning itself as a high-tech destination over the past time.

Supporting sustainable business development: Strategic solutions needed

The impact of the world economy and the demands of markets for increasing legal regulations related to sustainable practices (ESG) have forced Vietnamese businesses to change their awareness, thinking and actions.

FPT Digital Deputy General Director Le Hung Cuong commented that many Vietnamese enterprises, especially small and medium enterprises, are currently facing difficulties in accessing ESG standards and green transformation.

Vice President and General Secretary of the Hanoi Association of Small and Medium Enterprises Mac Quoc Anh pointed out many major bottlenecks. That is, only 4.5% of green credit has been disbursed. Small and medium enterprises have difficulty accessing it because of a lack of collateral, non-preferential interest rates, and unfamiliar ESG standards. Up to 60% of small businesses do not know where to register for support.

Director of the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI) Nguyen Tien Huy said that Vietnam needs to prioritize a number of systematic strategic solutions.
