The Organizing Committee announced the decisions to establish the examination boards and the examination inspection team; reported a summary of the examination situation, examination data and some information about the examination marking time.

Accordingly, the Department of Education and Training of Dien Bien province established a multiple-choice test marking board with 24 officials and teachers and an essay test marking board with 4 marking teams (each team has 24 people), 1 checking team (10 people), 1 facilities, security and service team (13 people). The marking boards will work from July 3 to 13.

Officials and teachers participating in marking the exam, along with delegates and forces participating in serving the 2023 high school graduation exam marking work at the ceremony.

According to the organizing committee, the Ministry of Education and Training established a delegation to inspect the marking and examination of the 2023 High School Graduation Exam in 63/63 provinces and cities nationwide. In Dien Bien province, the delegation has 4 comrades performing the task. The Department of Education and Training also established a delegation to inspect the marking of the exam in the province with 7 officials and teachers.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Van Doat, Director of the Department of Education and Training of Dien Bien province, requested the examination boards to comply with the regulations, rules and instructions of the Ministry of Education and Training; take necessary measures to ensure security and safety in all stages of the examination marking process. Each member of the essay examination board must study to fully understand the examination regulations, ensuring the principle that each exam is marked by 2 independent examiners in 2 different groups. Any arising issues must be discussed and exchanged carefully, closely following the regulations of the regulations; ensuring the quality of the examination marking progress. For the multiple-choice examination board, it must properly perform its duties, tasks and procedures, ensuring that there are no errors or mistakes.

The 2023 high school graduation exam in Dien Bien has 6,685 candidates registered to take the exam, including 6,589 essay exams and 31,154 multiple-choice exams. The exam invigilation was organized safely, seriously, objectively, in accordance with regulations, and there were no incidents.

Immediately after the opening ceremony, the examination boards began their work under the strict security of security forces and surveillance camera systems.

After completing the exam marking, Dien Bien province will announce the exam marking results according to the regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training at 8:00 a.m. on July 18.
