Accordingly, the Provincial Party Standing Committee requested Party committees and Party organizations in the province to strengthen leadership over science and education work; effectively disseminate, propagate and implement resolutions, directives and conclusions on science and education work of the Party.

Timely concretize, institutionalize and effectively implement policies and tasks of science and technology work through programs and plans associated with specific goals, targets, tasks and solutions, close to the practical situation of agencies, units and localities; at the same time, pay attention to integrating and linking goals and resources in implementing science and technology tasks.

In addition, effectively implement the program of the Provincial Party Standing Committee on implementing Resolution No. 57 dated December 22, 2024 of the Politburo to create a breakthrough in science and technology development, innovation and digital transformation; synchronously deploy solutions to enhance the province's science and technology potential.

Continue to build and supplement the Education Development Plan of Quang Nam province to 2030, with a vision to 2045. Lead and direct the development of preventive medicine and primary health care in conjunction with the effective implementation of health education and communication programs for the people, vaccination, nutrition for children, linking population work with development, ensuring gender balance at birth, etc.
