Organizing a Film Week to celebrate the 24th Vietnam Film Festival

The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism has decided to organize a Film Week to celebrate the 24th Vietnam Film Festival, taking place from November 15 to 20 nationwide.

"Red Rain" will be shown during Film Week

Accordingly, the Department of Cinema was assigned to preside over and coordinate with the National Cinema Center, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Da Nang , Dak Lak and related units to implement the activities. The film week is an opportunity to honor typical cinematographic works, aiming to promote the image of the country and people of Vietnam through the language of cinema.

The list of films screened includes many works loved by the public such as: Childhood Moon; Peach, Pho and Piano; The Scent of Burning Grass; Red Rain; I See Yellow Flowers on Green Grass; Hanoi 12 Days and Nights; The Prophet...

Besides screening films, the film week also has exchange activities between audiences and film crews in 6 provinces and cities: Hanoi, Quang Ninh, Quang Tri, Da Nang, Dak Lak and Can Tho .

The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism requires relevant units to ensure organization, communication and logistics work, contributing to creating an exciting atmosphere towards the 24th Vietnam Film Festival, a key event of the cinema industry in 2025.

The 24th Vietnam Film Festival was held in Ho Chi Minh City from November 21 to 25. This event was organized by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism in coordination with the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee.
