Losing control due to wind and rain, woman drives motorbike down a cliff

On October 26, Mr. Nguyen Van Hieu, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Phu Ward (Da Nang City) confirmed that an accident had just occurred in the area, killing one person.

According to initial information, at about 4:00 a.m. the same day, Ms. PTTS (born in 1970, residing in Hoa Ha block, Quang Phu ward) rode a motorbike to Tam Ky market in Tam Ky ward ( Da Nang city) to trade seafood.

When approaching the foot of Ky Phu 2 bridge, heavy rain and strong winds caused Ms. S. to lose control of the car and drive off the cliff, without anyone noticing. The incident was recorded by a security camera, the victim caused the accident herself.

At 9 o'clock the same day, a nearby resident saw her, but Ms. S. had already passed away. After receiving the report, the Traffic Police arrived at the scene to collect information and clarify the cause of the incident.

It is known that the family did not request an investigation and wished to receive the victim's body for funeral arrangements.
