On October 26, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Tam Thang Ward (HCMC) held the 1st Congress of Delegates, term 2025-2030.

The Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Tam Thang Ward, term I, 2025-2030, was introduced at the congress.

At the congress, delegates elected 55 members to the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Tam Thang Ward for the new term. Comrade Nguyen Cong Thanh was elected Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Tam Thang Ward for the term 2025-2030.

Speaking at the congress, Comrade Vo Ngoc Thanh Truc, Member of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ho Chi Minh City, and President of the Ho Chi Minh City Women's Union, acknowledged the outstanding achievements of the ward's Fatherland Front during the past term.

Comrade Vo Ngoc Thanh Truc outlined six key tasks, emphasizing the building of a united identity for Tam Thang ward; promoting the strengths of the marine economy and high-quality tourism; integrating smart cities and clean industries into people's lives; strengthening social supervision and criticism; and ensuring social security linked to the sustainable development of the locality...

Comrade Vo Ngoc Thanh Truc expressed confidence in the dynamism and creativity of the Tam Thang ward's officials and the unity of the people; she called on the ward's Fatherland Front to promptly concretize the congress resolution with a clear action program, focusing on the grassroots level, with the motto: "Unity - Democracy - Consensus - Innovation - Development".

Delegates expressed support for the people in overcoming the consequences of the storm and floods.

On this occasion, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Tam Thang ward launched a campaign to support people affected by storms and floods. As of October 26th, Tam Thang ward had raised over 2 billion VND to support the northern provinces affected by storms and floods.
