The whole province has more than 3,400 good farming households.

Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Lo Van Tien awarded Certificates of Merit from the Central Committee of the Vietnam Farmers' Union to individuals with outstanding achievements in the association's work and the farmers' movement.

In 2023, the work of agriculture , farmers and rural areas continues to receive due attention. The Provincial Farmers' Association at all levels has done a good job of disseminating the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's laws and policies to members and farmers; promoting the movement of farmers competing in good production and business, uniting to help each other get rich and sustainably reduce poverty. Currently, the whole province has 3,408 households achieving the title of good farmers at all levels. The Association actively coordinates with departments, branches and enterprises to create conditions for farmers to borrow capital to invest in production. Up to now, the Association at all levels has received loans from the Social Policy Bank for farmers, with a total outstanding loan balance of over 1,000 billion VND with nearly 21,000 households borrowing; continuing to manage and guide farmers to effectively use loans from the Farmers' Support Fund with an amount of over 27 billion VND... Through the loan capital, many farmers have dared to think, dared to do, and strived to overcome difficulties. During the year, the whole province had over 1,000 farming households escape poverty...

Along with promoting emulation movements, last year, the work of building and consolidating the Association's organization, participating in Party and government building, training and fostering cadres continued to receive attention. The work of directing and guiding the organization of grassroots congresses ensured progress; the Provincial Farmers' Association Congress was a great success...

In 2024, the Provincial Farmers' Association Executive Committee set out 7 groups of tasks; 18 specific targets for implementation; in which, striving for 97% or more of the Association's bases to complete their tasks well; admitting over 1,000 new members; having over 7,000 farmer households register as good production and business households at all levels; 100% of branches, professional farmer branches, professional farmer groups have zalo and facebook groups to serve information exchange, propaganda, promotion, and mobilization of members and farmers...

Collectives with outstanding achievements in association work and farmers' movement in 2023 received awards.

Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Lo Van Tien highly appreciated the results of the Association's work and the farmers' movement last year; especially accompanying the people in hunger eradication, poverty reduction, and economic development with creative and specific models and methods.

The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee suggested that in the coming time, all levels of the association should quickly overcome shortcomings and limitations, continue to promote propaganda, political and ideological education, raise awareness of cadres, members and farmers about the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws on agriculture, farmers and rural areas. Continuously improve the quality of the movement "Farmers compete in production, good business, unite to help each other get rich and sustainably reduce poverty"; improve the quality and output of OCOP products to supply to the market...

In recognition of the efforts made by the Provincial Farmers' Union at all levels, the Central Committee of the Vietnam Farmers' Union awarded a Certificate of Merit to 1 individual; the Provincial Farmers' Union Executive Committee awarded Certificates of Merit to 5 collectives and 14 individuals with outstanding achievements in performing the tasks of the Union and the farmers' movement in 2023.
