The special art program "He is Ho Chi Minh" is chaired and organized by the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission, coordinated by Vietnam Television, Hanoi People's Committee, Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum Protection Command and related units.

"Voi Ban Don" Anh Tu sings "You are Ho Chi Minh", "Ho Chi Minh's song" ( composer Ewan MacColl, Vietnamese lyrics by Phu An ) in the style of "Anh trai say hi" bringing youthfulness and modernity to the program.
