Anytime means any time can be done well. Everywhere means not only in Vietnam but also in the world. We have been sharp and attractive, so we must continue to be sharper and more attractive, the General Secretary emphasized.
The General Secretary pointed out that in the context of the fourth industrial revolution developing rapidly; the geopolitical and geo-economic situation is constantly changing; strategic competition between countries is fierce, the risk of armed conflict, hot spots can break out at any time, news is constantly moving... these things make information become an essential need in the spiritual life of humanity, a source of strategic strength, a special resource, a soft power to enhance the national position.
The General Secretary requested that in the new development period, when the entire Party, people and army are striving to successfully implement the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress, towards the 14th National Congress, the press and media in general and Vietnam Television in particular are facing great opportunities and fierce challenges.

The collective leadership at all levels of the Station must be a political core, strong, clean, and exemplary. Transform the spirit of solidarity into an endogenous resource, a solid foundation for the development of the Station and make practical contributions to the development of the country.
Innovate, expand international cooperation, mobilize social resources for sustainable development; strive to become one of the leading television stations in the region, with prestige in the international arena.
