National approach in implementing cybercrime prevention

Cybercrime is a borderless challenge, requiring international cooperation, information sharing, technology transfer and force training to effectively implement the “Hanoi Convention 2025”.

Within the framework of the signing ceremony of the “Hanoi Convention 2025”, the High-level Dialogue with the theme “Promoting international cooperation in preventing and combating cybercrime” emphasized: cybercrime is a borderless challenge, threatening national security and sovereignty .

Delegates said that no country can respond alone, and it is necessary to strengthen international cooperation, information sharing, technology transfer and training of law enforcement forces.

Deputy Minister of Public Security Pham The Tung proposed promoting public-private cooperation, the coordinating role of the United Nations and the International Criminal Police Organization (INTERPOL), and promptly internalizing the provisions of the Convention to improve the effectiveness of investigation, prosecution and prevention of cybercrime./.
