Taking place over 3 days, delegates who are propaganda officers and military science management officers from agencies and units stationed in Military Region 3 will be introduced by reporters on issues related to the environment, environmental pollution, and climate change in Vietnam and the Northern Delta region; the impacts and influences of the environment and climate change on the process of socio-economic development, national defense and security; solutions to respond to and adapt to climate change; communication work on environmental protection; orientations, tasks, and solutions for implementing environmental protection work in the military to meet the requirements of the new situation.

With the knowledge and experience accumulated during the process of doing communication work, the journalists will exchange and guide learners to grasp the content and methods of propaganda and education close to reality, especially practical experiences, new models, good, creative and effective ways of doing things.

Through the training course, it will be the basis for the staff of agencies and units to research and apply in propaganda and education to raise environmental protection awareness for soldiers, Party committees, authorities and people in the area where the unit is stationed, contributing to building a "bright, green, clean and beautiful" landscape and environment in their agencies and units.
