University of Science and Technology of Hanoi (USTH, Vietnam - France University) is a public university established in 2009, within the framework of the Intergovernmental Agreement between Vietnam and France, with the orientation of becoming an excellent international-class university training in science and technology.

The school is affiliated to the Vietnam Academy of Science and Technology and receives strong support from an alliance of more than 30 prestigious French universities and research organizations in training and research. The school is proud to be a symbol of cooperation in higher education and research between Vietnam and France.

Also within the framework of the event, Vice President Vo Thi Anh Xuan and President of the French Republic Emmanuel Macron attended the ceremony and pressed the button to start the construction project of the VNVC vaccine production factory.

Previously, on May 26, Vietnam Vaccine Company (VNVC) and Sanofi Pharmaceutical Group (France) exchanged a cooperation agreement document on transferring Sanofi's vaccine production technology under the witness of President Luong Cuong and President of the French Republic Emmanuel Macron.
