Toyota Vietnam launches 30th anniversary special edition for Vios, Veloz Cross and Yaris Cross

(GLO)- On the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the Toyota brand in Vietnam, Toyota Vietnam (TMV) officially introduced three special versions of the Vios, Veloz Cross and Yaris Cross models.

The special editions are developed based on current variants, adding unique identifying details such as: red and black decals on both sides of the vehicle with the words "30th Anniversary", and the 30th anniversary logo embossed on the rearview mirror.

These three models will be produced in a limited run of 1,000 units, with prices unchanged from the standard version. The Vios special edition costs VND458-545 million, the Veloz Cross special edition costs VND638-660 million, and the Yaris Cross special edition costs VND650-765 million.

In terms of operation, Toyota Vios uses a 1.5L naturally aspirated gasoline engine with 106 horsepower, 140Nm, accompanied by a CVT or manual transmission. Toyota Veloz Cross uses a 105 horsepower, 138Nm gasoline engine with a CVT automatic transmission. For Yaris Cross, the gasoline engine version is 105 horsepower, 138Nm; the hybrid version includes a 1.5L gasoline engine and an electric motor that adds 79 horsepower.

Special edition models will be distributed at Toyota dealerships nationwide from this September.
