According to the City Department of Education and Training, for the 2026 high school graduation exam, the People's Committees of wards, communes, special zones, high schools, and continuing education facilities will review facilities serving as exam sites, coordinate to ensure security and order, and send personnel to participate in organizing the exam as required.
Educational institutions organize professional training for all officers, teachers, and employees participating in the exam; clearly assign responsibilities, ensure all forces are trained in regulations and skills to prevent cheating and exam safety. Create conditions for officers and teachers in the personnel mobilization work of the Ministry of Education and Training and the Department of Education and Training related to exam work.

For grade 10 admission and primary school admission: People's Committees of wards, communes and special zones are responsible for verifying the place of residence, propagating and guiding parents to register for admission online; ensuring that all school-age students must have a personal identification code and have full information declared on the education and training sector database system at https://csdl.hcm.edu.vn and have accurate data updated.
The People's Committees of wards, communes, special zones and educational institutions closely coordinate with the Department of Education and Training in reviewing and fully and accurately counting the number of children and students of admission age for primary classes in the area and in neighboring areas.
In addition, in the near future, educational institutions with high school level will prepare to implement regulations on management, issuance, storage and verification of diplomas and certificates according to regulations. Coordinate with local police to be responsible for ensuring confidentiality, safety and transparency in the issuance of originals, copies and verification of diplomas and certificates.
At the same time, the Department requires units, centers, and facilities licensed to organize exams and issue certificates to fully comply with the conditions on facilities, human resources, and exam organization procedures; periodically report exam results, candidate lists, and certificate issuance records to the Department of Education and Training according to regulations.
