(BDO) On the morning of June 2, Thuan An City held a training conference on professional skills in receiving citizens and handling and resolving feedback, recommendations, complaints and denunciations in 2023. More than 60 delegates were leaders of city departments, branches and organizations; Chairmen of People's Committees of communes and wards and officials and civil servants advising on receiving citizens and handling complaints and denunciations.
