On February 24, Ho Chi Minh City Social Insurance announced the schedule for pension and social allowance payments for March 2024.

According to the regulations of Vietnam Social Security, monthly pension and social insurance allowance payment starts from the 2nd day of the month of payment; that is, pension for March will be paid from March 2.

However, because March 2 falls on Saturday, some banks do not work on this day, so the payment schedule has changed.

Specifically, those who receive pensions and benefits in cash will receive them between March 2 and March 25.

For those who receive pensions and benefits through bank accounts, Ho Chi Minh City Post Office will transfer money to the beneficiary's account on March 2.

For those who receive pensions and benefits through accounts of some banks that do not work on Saturday (March 2), the transfer of pensions and social insurance benefits will be made on March 4 (Monday).

The above banks include: Vietnam Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development, Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development, Asia Commercial Joint Stock Bank, Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade.
