Experience AI to learn about Uncle Ho's journey to find a way to save the country

The project "Uncle Ho's journey to find a way to save the country" - a GenAI application with historical significance and outstanding technological value by a group of young people Tran Quang Hung, Nguyen Tuan Dat and Ha Huy Hoang.

This is one of 26 innovative startup projects, the result of the HUB GenAI Future Founders 2025 course organized by HUB Network (under Hanoi Youth Palace).

The course runs from March to May 2025, with 50 students. HUB GenAI Future Founders 2025 is designed to equip young talents with in-depth knowledge of Generative AI (GenAI) and creative startup skills. The program includes two tracks: GenAI Track: “GenAI for Everyone - Coding with GenAI” and Pre-Incubator Track.

The project “Uncle Ho’s journey to find a way to save the country” was built with the strong support of GenAI technology, a digital museum recreating the historical journey of President Ho Chi Minh from leaving Ben Nha Rong in 1911 until finding a way to save the country; along with many historical events associated with Uncle Ho’s revolutionary life. Project leader Tran Quang Hung said the idea of building the website came from the desire to create an online space to help the younger generation understand and feel more deeply about President Ho Chi Minh's historical journey, while also leveraging the power of GenAI to make the content more vivid and closer to everyone.

“We wanted to create a digital museum where all Vietnamese people, especially young people, could learn and “relive” historical moments, feel national pride and gratitude towards President Ho Chi Minh. With the support of AI, we turned this idea into reality in just three days, even though no one in the team had previous web programming experience,” Hung shared.

Accordingly, the team used Google's AI DeepResearch tool to synthesize a massive archive of documents about Uncle Ho's biography, hometown, historical stories, and famous quotes. From scattered information sources, AI provided an accurate data set that required almost no editing, just arranging it in a suitable layout. Through many experiments, the team created an intuitive, friendly, and interactive interface.

However, Mr. Tran Quang Hung also said: "The product still has many points that can be improved. We hope to receive support and contributions from the community so that the website is not only a place to store information about President Ho Chi Minh, but can also develop into a learning tool, a digital archive of great people in the history of the nation."
