The program brought practical and meaningful gifts, contributing to sharing difficulties and spreading humanity to the land that suffered many losses due to war. The total cost of the program was up to 310 million VND from the funding source of the Vietnam Association for Support in Overcoming Consequences of Bombs and Mines and socialized sources.
Of which, 45 mine victims were supported with livelihoods of 6 million VND/person to help improve their lives and develop their family economy ; 22 bicycles (each worth 2 million VND) were given to disadvantaged students, children of families with preferential policies and mine victims, to help them have more convenience on their way to school.

Speaking at the program, Lieutenant General Pham Ngoc Khoa, Permanent Vice President of the Vietnam Association for Support in Overcoming the Consequences of Bombs and Mines, Vice President of Hoa Hoa Binh Fund emphasized: "Huong Khe is the locality with the highest number of bomb and mine victims in Ha Tinh province.
