Over 90% of farmers have jobs after vocational training

In order to strengthen vocational training and development activities for farmers, in the first 6 months of 2025, the Center for Farmers' Support and Vocational Education, the Provincial Farmers' Association has developed a plan to allocate vocational classes and coordinated with the Farmers' Associations of 13 districts, cities and towns to implement.

Leaders of the Center for Farmer Support and VocationalEducation , Provincial Farmers' Association awarded certificates of primary vocational training in "Safe Vegetable Growing" in Lam Thao town, Lam Thao district.

Thereby, 10 vocational classes were organized including: "Growing and propagating mushrooms" in Thuy Van commune, Viet Tri city; "Industrial sewing" and "Using veterinary drugs in livestock farming" in Minh Thang commune, Cam Khe district; "Growing safe vegetables" in Son Hung commune, Thanh Son district; "Raising and preventing and treating diseases for pigs" in Kim Thuong commune, Tan Son district; "Raising and preventing and treating diseases for buffaloes and cows" and "growing safe vegetables" in Tien Kien commune and Lam Thao town, Lam Thao district; "Using veterinary drugs in livestock farming" and "growing safe vegetables" in Lang Son and Van Lang communes, Ha Hoa district; "Using veterinary drugs in livestock farming" in Dong Trung commune, Thanh Thuy district with a total of 350 students. Of which, there were 4 regular vocational classes and 6 elementary vocational classes. In addition, the Farmers' Association at district, city and town levels also coordinated with relevant departments and branches to train 753 members. The number of farmer members who have jobs after vocational training reaches over 90%, promoting increased income and achieving the goal of local poverty reduction.
