According to the Industrial Parks Management Board, the Government has issued Decree No. 74/2024/ND-CP stipulating regional minimum wages for employees working under labor contracts.
Accordingly, from July 1, 2024, the monthly minimum wage for employees working for employers by region will be applied as follows: region I is 4,960,000 VND/month; region II is 4,410,000 VND/month; region III is 3,860,000 VND/month; region IV is 3,450,000 VND/month.
Meanwhile, the minimum hourly wage for employees working for employers by region is as follows: region I is 23,800 VND/hour; region II is 21,200 VND/hour; region III is 18,600 VND/hour; region IV is 16,600 VND/hour.
In the province, the list of regional areas stipulates the monthly minimum wage and hourly minimum wage for employees working for employers by region, including: Vinh Long City, Binh Minh Town in region II; Long Ho and Mang Thit districts in region III; the remaining districts in region IV.
According to the Industrial Park Management Board, enterprises and employers are responsible for reviewing agreements in labor contracts, collective labor agreements and regulations of employers to adjust and supplement them appropriately; not to eliminate or reduce salary regimes when employees work overtime, work at night, compensation regimes in kind and other regimes according to labor law regulations...
