(NADS) - On October 16th, the Dak Nong Provincial Association of Literature and Arts organized an art photography exhibition themed "Colors of the M'nong" by photographer Ngo Minh Phuong. A large audience, including representatives from various departments and agencies, and artists from across the province, visited and shared their joy with the photographer.

With the theme "Colors of the M'nong," the author presented 120 photographs to the audience, covering various themes about the homeland, culture, and people of Dak Nong. The 120 exhibited works are award-winning pieces that have been exhibited at provincial, regional, and international art photography competitions and festivals in recent years by photographer Ngo Minh Phuong.

During her recent artistic career, photographer Ngo Minh Phuong has contributed many works of high artistic value, carrying meaningful and humane messages. The artist possesses a very special abstract visual thinking, expressed through moments captured with a sublime emotional intensity that not every photographer can achieve, along with the golden timing in photography that she has captured. This has led to the creation of distinctive works of art, bringing her much success in the field of photography over the years. Notable works include: the photo series " Exploring the Krong No Volcanic Cave Complex" – winner of the VAPA 2022 Gold Cup and the highest award from the Vietnam Association of Photographic Artists; the work "Bountiful Harvest Season" – winner of the bronze medal at the 2017 South Central and Central Highlands Art Photography Festival; the work "Summer Joy" – winner of the PSA Gold Medal from the Photographic Society of America… and many other award-winning works in domestic and international photography competitions.

A vibrant and diverse Dak Nong, with its festivals, durian harvest season, captivating M'nong dances, and the Bridge 14 connecting Dak Nong and Dak Lak provinces, is vividly and meticulously depicted by the author through impressive works of art. The "Colors of the M'Nong" photo exhibition is the culmination of the dedicated artistic work and passionate creativity of photographer Ngo Minh Phuong. With pride and gratitude for his homeland of Dak Nong, the author hopes to connect, share, spread, and preserve the rich cultural values ​​bearing the distinctive mark of the M'nong people through this exhibition.
