Exhibition of thousands of documents and images about President Ho Chi Minh

This is an event organized by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism in coordination with the People's Committee of Nghe An province and 14 other provinces and cities on the occasion of the 135th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh's birthday (May 19, 1890 - May 19, 2025). The exhibition will take place from May 16 to 20 at the Nghe An Provincial Cultural Center, Ho Tung Mau walking street, Vinh city, Nghe An.

The organizers said that this is a cultural activity of political, cultural and social significance within the framework of the "Sen Village Festival 2025", aiming to honor and deeply express gratitude for the great contributions and contributions of President Ho Chi Minh to the Vietnamese revolution; expressing the gratitude and respect of the people of the whole country and international friends towards President Ho Chi Minh. The exhibition contents will be scientifically arranged to highlight his life, career and thoughts.

Specifically, the general exhibition area is called "Ho Chi Minh, the most beautiful name" with images, documents and artifacts highlighting the themes: "President Ho Chi Minh - National Liberation Hero", "President Ho Chi Minh - Outstanding Cultural Man", "President Ho Chi Minh with the people of all ethnic groups of Vietnam, with the armed forces and youth of Vietnam" and "President Ho Chi Minh in the hearts of friends and people of the world".

Notably, along with a massive photo archive, this exhibition area introduces President Ho Chi Minh's typical works, including those recognized as national treasures: The Revolutionary Path, Prison Diary, Call for National Resistance, Call for Compatriots and Soldiers of the Whole Country, and His Testament.

Within the framework of the exhibition, there are also exhibition areas of museum units and cultural management departments of localities. Notably, the CAND Museum will display the theme "CAND engraves Uncle Ho's words", introducing images and documents about Uncle Ho with the CAND, demonstrating President Ho Chi Minh's care, attention, education and training for the police force; collecting Uncle Ho's awards for the officers and soldiers of the CAND.

The exhibition also introduces many typical images of the People's Public Security following Uncle Ho's teachings such as: The People's Public Security Movement studying and implementing Uncle Ho's Six Teachings (1948 - 2025); the outstanding achievements and heroic and silent sacrifices of the People's Public Security force in the fight to protect security and order through 77 years of studying and implementing Uncle Ho's Six Teachings; beautiful images of the People's Public Security soldiers who are always dedicated to serving the people; typical publications written about the People's Public Security force. In particular, all of the above contents are combined between the display of images, original documents and artifacts and the application of Immersive room multi-sensory experience technology, opening up a space for technology experience, combining vivid 3D images and 5.1 surround sound to awaken the senses, arouse emotions for visitors...

The exhibition organizers also said that throughout the exhibition days, there will be special art programs: Exchange program, meeting with typical characters with the theme "Youth following Uncle Ho's words", Art exchange "May flowers for Him", "Songs for Uncle Ho"..., with the participation of artists and actors from provinces and cities participating in the exhibition.

Visitors can also admire the exhibition and performance of light sculptures about President Ho Chi Minh, the exhibition area "Lotus in Vietnamese cultural life", the tea and lotus cultural space, the "Vietnamese Lotus" ao dai collections, photos of Vietnamese lotus, souvenir products, lotus specialties, and lotus cuisine.
