Notably, this facility has produced thousands of fake cosmetic products, successfully selling more than 100,000 orders to customers in provinces and cities across the country through e-commerce trading platforms Shopee and TikTok.
Previously, through the work of grasping the situation on cyberspace, the Economic Police Department, Bac Giang Provincial Police discovered Shopee accounts “Bn Store 2024,” “Bibo Comesticc,” “Nhungnguyen010798,” “Vliwwfo6-r” and TikTok accounts “Sare Comesticc,” “Coca Beauty” advertising and selling cosmetics such as body deodorants, acne treatment serums, skin whitening products... suspected of being counterfeit. On May 7, at 10:30 a.m., a working group of the Economic Police Department, Bac Giang Provincial Police, in coordination with Dai Lam Commune Police and Market Management Team No. 4 (Bac Giang Provincial Market Management Department), suddenly inspected Nguyen Van Khanh's house and discovered Khanh and Hien were producing and packaging fake cosmetics.

Through the investigation, the Economic Police Department initially determined that from the end of 2024, Nguyen Van Khanh realized the need for customers to consume many types of cosmetic products, so he came up with the idea of producing fake cosmetics to sell for profit.
Khanh went online to research some types of deodorants, acne treatment serums, and skin whitening products that are in high demand on the market, then ordered fake labels and packaging for these products.
To carry out the production, Khanh bought machinery, raw materials, tools, bottles, etc. and produced them at home to sell to the national market for profit.
The main raw materials used to produce cosmetics are mainly solutions, mixed flavors of unknown origin, and alum powder. Khanh bought these raw materials on the market.
Finished products are sold on e-commerce platforms Shopee and TikTok. When there are buyers, they are sent for sale via COD shipping service.
Since the end of 2024, Khanh has successfully sold over 100,000 orders to customers in provinces and cities across the country with a revenue of over 6 billion VND.
The Investigation Police Agency of Bac Giang Provincial Police is continuing to investigate, verify and expand the case for handling according to regulations./.
